HTT collects and processes data necessary to deliver our services, including contact information, business details, and payment information. Your data is used exclusively for providing our services and is not shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the agreement or by law.

Results from our services may vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, and client participation. All fees paid to HTT are non-refundable, as stated in the Standard Client Agreement. Once payment is received, we allocate resources and begin delivering services immediately, making refunds impractical.

If you believe there are extenuating circumstances, you may submit a formal refund request in writing to support@highticketteams.io, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at HTT’s sole discretion. Refunds, if any, will be issued only under exceptional circumstances and are not guaranteed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by High Ticket Teams LLC (“HTT”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

•Access and Usage

Clients receive access to the High Ticket Team Recruiting OS, which includes tools to scale commission-based sales recruitment efficiently.

•Role Definition and Compensation Structuring Support

HTT collaborates with clients to define job roles and develop compensation plans that attract qualified candidates.

• AI-Powered Matching

The Recruiting OS utilizes AI algorithms to align candidates with roles based on skills, experience, and preferences, enhancing fit and reducing time-to-hire.

•Profile-Centric Approach

Candidates create profiles highlighting their skills, strengths, values, and goals, providing a comprehensive view beyond traditional resumes.

•Collaborative Hiring

HTT’s OS enables team collaboration, allowing multiple stakeholders to review and contribute to informed hiring decisions.

3. Fees and Payments

All monthly fees are non-refundable. Services may be canceled with a 30-day written notice sent to support@highticketteams.io or through other supported forms listed on our website. Payments are auto-drafted for all services and are non-refundable. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Client Responsibilities 

•Provision of Information:

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding job descriptions, candidate requirements, and any other pertinent details necessary for the recruitment process.

•Timely Feedback:

You commit to providing prompt feedback on candidate submissions and interview outcomes to facilitate an efficient recruitment process.

5. Transfer of Employment Responsibilities

Upon successful placement of a candidate with the client by HTT, the client becomes the sole employer of the recruited candidate. The client assumes all employer responsibilities, including payment of wages, benefits, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. HTT acts solely as a facilitator in the recruitment process and is not the employer of the candidate at any point. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HTT from any claims arising from the client’s role as the employer of the candidate.

6. Confidentiality 

•Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including candidate details and business practices, disclosed during the recruitment process.

•Data Protection:We adhere to applicable data protection laws and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability 

•Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services.

•Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

8. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  1. 10. Authority and Co-operation

•Client authorizes, instructs and empowers HTT to take all steps deemed by HTT to be prudent or necessary in performing the consulting services contemplated under this Agreement and designed to help the Client best achieve its business’s desired outcome.

  1. 11. Inability to Perform. In the event Client or HTT should be prevented from completingperformance, in whole or in part, of any obligation hereunder by any act of God, pandemic,government ordered shut down, or any other occurrence which is beyond the control of the other, the Party so prevented shall be excused from applicable performance to the extent appropriate.
  2. 12. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT: This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA") is made effective as of the date signed between HTT (“Receiving Party”), and Client ("Disclosing Party").1. Confidential Information

    "Confidential Information" includes all information shared by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party that is not publicly known and relates to any phase of the business operations, including candidate information and business strategies.2. Obligations of Receiving Party

    The Receiving Party agrees to:
    Keep the Confidential Information confidential;Not disclose the information to anyone without written consent from the Disclosing Party;Use the information only for evaluating or engaging in business with the Disclosing Party.
    3. Exclusions

    This Agreement does not cover information that:
    Is already public;Is received from another source without confidentiality restrictions;Is independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of the Disclosing Party’s information.
    4. Term

    This NDA is valid for 2 years from the date of first payment.

•Client agrees to reasonably and timely co-operate in completing Client Tasks necessary and pertinent to applying for and maximizing the potential for obtaining a performance based sales team.

By using HTT’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.


Terms and Conditions for Rebilled Fees


Terms and Conditions: Rebilled Communication and Service Fees


1. Overview of Rebilled Services:

By submitting payment and opting in, the client agrees to take on the fees associated with services utilized through the GoHighLevel platform, including but not limited to text messaging, email services, phone calls, Conversation AI, and advanced tools.

2. Fee Structure:

Fees for services will be rebilled at the following rates:

• Text Messaging: $0.0075–$0.10 per SMS, $0.01–$0.03 per MMS.

• Email: $0.0001–$0.001 per email.

• Call Services: $0.013 per minute for outbound, $0.0085 per minute for inbound, and $0.0025 per minute for call recordings.

• Conversation AI Tools: $25–$50 per month, depending on usage.

• Advanced Features: Varies by service; detailed fees are available upon request.

3. Fee Changes:

Rebilled fees are determined by the pricing structure set by GoHighLevel and are subject to change at any time. High Ticket Teams will make every effort to provide advance notice of any upcoming changes to infrastructure costs. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remain informed about these changes and adjust their usage accordingly.

4. Billing and Payment:

Client payment will be auto charged depending on their wallet settings  for these services.

5. Usage Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for monitoring their own usage to ensure they stay within their budget. Excessive usage resulting in high fees is solely the client’s responsibility.

6. Compliance with Laws:

The client agrees to comply with all local and international laws governing the use of text messaging, email, and other communication tools. Any legal or regulatory violations are the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Indemnification:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse of the platform or its features.

8. Service Availability:

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, the availability of services is subject to GoHighLevel’s uptime and operational capacity. No liability is accepted for service interruptions.

9. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Legal Note on Fee Determination:

All fees are determined by the pricing options provided by GoHighLevel. These fees are beyond our control and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Clients acknowledge and accept these terms as part of their continued use of the services.

11. Termination of Agreement:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees remain the responsibility of the client, even after termination.
